Terms of use for this website.
Short, because the site is short: a set of static pages describing a product being built, plus a form for getting in touch.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to spawnit.ai — this website. They do not cover the Spawnit capture app or the guide portal at app.spawnit.ai, which are separate products. Using this site means you accept what is on this page.
Nothing here is an offer to sell
Spawnit is available by request. There is no installer to download and no portal account to create from this site. Nothing here is a binding offer to sell, and giving us your email does not create a contract or reserve anything.
On our pricing page, Free is planned at $0. Pro and Team prices are not finalized.
Using the site
Read it, link to it, quote it, share it. Please don't try to break into anything, don't crawl or request pages in a way that degrades the site for other people, and don't submit the forms with someone else's details or use them to send unsolicited or automated messages. Automated crawlers should follow /robots.txt.
Accuracy of what you read here
This site describes a product under active development. Features, plans and prices can change before launch, and anything labeled roadmap is not built yet. We hold ourselves to a simple rule, shown at the bottom of every page: every claim on this site is checkable or labeled roadmap.
We keep the pages accurate, but we can't promise the site is free of errors or always reachable. It is provided as it is, and you use it at your own discretion. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it: [email protected].
What you send us
When you submit a form you are asking us to contact you at the address you gave, and confirming those details are yours to give. What we collect and what we do with it is set out in full on our privacy page. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
Names and trademarks
Spawnit, the Spawnit logo, and the text and images on this site are ours. Other product and company names that appear here — Windows, and any others — belong to their respective owners. We use them only to describe what our software does and what it runs on, which implies no affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date below shows when this version was published; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
